Our first game of Mission #2 is complete. Despite having ZERO ability to affect the Building, Akkon Rex and his Nephilim renegades inflicted heavy casualties on the advancing Ork Horde in the early turns. In fact, at the end of Turn 4, Nephilim had more than a 250 point lead in CP's.
However, the Ork Warboss displayed why the word "grim" is so prevelant in his name. Finally able to get his Boyz in close combat, Warboss Grimdakka closed the CP gap and totally annhiliated one of Commander Sek's squads down to the final man.
Well played Warboss Grimdakka and Commander Akkon Sek!

Great game! Knew it was a risk to make that last-minute dash for the objective. Spent the better part of the game trying to stay OUT of assault range.
Grimdakka monkey-stomping squad one in Turn 5 highlights why.
